I had a lovely home cooked dinner last night. Friends made it for me. The food item I craved the most was the rapini. I’ve been missing those dark green, leafy veggies. I’ve been doing okay with the protein intake between some chicken and eggs it’s more the quantity that is available on less than $47 a week. It’s hard to imagine being able to eat nutritionally on this amount of money and it takes a lot of work to plan it out.
How do people manage who do not live in rent geared to income housing?
